Campaign Marketing Specialist

Our client, an industry leader in their place, is looking to hire a Campaign Marketing Specialist on a long-term contract basis.This role will be a 6-month contract to start and will be fully remote with EST hours.Responsibilities:

Bring marketing strategies to life by driving integrated strategic marketing and communications activities that utilize the full spectrum of traditional and innovative marketing channelsEngage and collaborate, and leverage agile principles in the successful creation and execution of marketing campaignsDevelop channel activation plans, including a client targeting strategy and customer journey mapping that outlines multi-touch activation points to broaden awareness, deepen engagement, and drive leads/pipelineMake recommendations on content strategy, development, and deployment, including derivative contentReview content and creative assets to ensure quality control for all projects against applicable standardsUnderstand the targeted outcomes and monitor ongoing campaign performance, recommending adjustments as neededDevelop post-campaign analysis (ROI) and lessons learned

Successful candidate will possess:

Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management and organizational skills; can manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlinesCollaborative and proactive with a "can-do" mentalityAbility to present ideas, provide rationale and make recommendations to leaders and their teams

Required Qualifications:

5+ years relevant experience in marketing or communicationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing or related disciplinePrior experience working on a virtual team within a highly matrixed organization, preferably for a global corporation or professional services firmMicrosoft Office Suite skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing effortsUnderstanding of Agile methodology and experience in Workfront are preferredTravel up to 10%
