Director of Consortia & Leisure

to join the Sales team at Ennismore. This is an exciting role in our growing company and will focus on managing and executing Global Consortia & Leisure Sales strategies for our global portfolio of

Hoxton Hotels.Based in London and reporting to the VP of Sales, this role will drive global strategies and centrally support our 16 operating Hoxton Hotels as well as our ambitious opening pipeline. We’ve got lots of ambition to grow The Hoxton brand and appeal to new customers in new markets, so we want someone that is inspired to join us on that journey and can bring their sales passion and prowess to the team.

Job DescriptionWhat you’ll do…Develop and implement strategic sales plans to source, drive and grow revenue across the Consortia & Leisure segments for our global portfolio of Hoxton hotels, keeping a close eye on results and adjusting strategies and activities to ensure targets are metManage a pre-assigned portfolio of accounts, taking the lead on global negotiations, preferred agreement implementation and account management activities, ensuring we maximize our market shareProspect new accounts to support our global growthRepresent The Hoxton at Global TradeshowsRaise awareness of our opening pipeline and drive revenue to contribute to successful commercial launchesCollaborate with key teams (On-property Sales, Brand, Revenue & Hotel Operations) to ensure key information & insights are shared and we’re working together effectively to drive revenue results

QualificationsThe kind of person we’re looking for…8+ years’ experience in a senior sales roleConsortia experience essential, leisure experience preferablePassionate about hotel sales and goal drivenAn excellent relationship builder, confident in working with other teams and leaders; you’re passionate about what we can achieve togetherCombines analytical and methodical thinking with high attention to detail and a solution-focused approachYou’re looking for a place where you can be you, no clones in suits hereYou’re up for doing things differently and trying (almost) everything onceYou’re not precious; we leave our egos at the door and help get things done
