NOW HIRING King Air BE 200 Pilots - San Antonio, TX
Starting Salary Wage:
$109,420 - $(phone number removed) (Equals base plus 20% Geo Modifier)
Sign-On Bonus:
15K (after successful completion of training/checkride)
Retention Bonus:
40K (6 month wait period and this is a 3-year program)
Schedule:
7/7 schedule (launch and recovered from home base each trip)
Relocation Assistance:
3K
JOB SUMMARYThe Pilot in Command (PIC) is designated as the PIC for a flight or series of flights in accordance with the principles and procedures required by FAR Part 135. The PIC is responsible for the safe conduct of flights to which he or she is assigned and is the final authority in the operation of the aircraft, exercising Operational Control on the Tier 2 level as described in Chapter 5 of the General Operations Manual. The PIC supervises the functions of any other assigned crew member during flight as required. The PIC must meet minimum qualifications as specified by Federal Aviation Regulation Part 135.243(b).
Pilot schedules are a rotating 7 days on followed by 7 days off duty assignment. While on duty, pilots serve a 12-hour shift (maximum of 14 hours if operating under Part 135) at the Base hangar to meet a 30-minute launch after initial notification of a trip. Pilot shift assignments consist of either a day duty period or a night duty period and are scheduled the month prior by the Base Lead Pilot. Pilots can expect to serve the same duty period during their assigned 7 days on shift and then rotate to the next duty period during their next 7-day shift assignment. Changes to duty periods within a 7-day shift assignment are discouraged but can occur depending on local needs at the Base.
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, San Antonio, Texas
Must hold, or be able to attain, BE-200PL21 and C-90 PIC Qualification
Hold, or be eligible to hold, an unrestricted FAA ATP certificate
Meet or exceed the following total flight experience:
Total time - 2500 hours Airplane
Multi-Engine - 500 hours airplane multi-engine land
PIC - 1000 Airplane
In Type - 100 hours
Must hold or be able to attain a First Class Medical Certificate and maintain First Class Privileges
Must hold valid US Passport
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to walk, bend, stand, sit, crouch unassisted for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift 70 pounds
Must be able to work day and night shift
Must be able to transport themselves to and from work
Travel required for training events or maintenance assignment
Overnights may occur in the commission of the mission
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complies with the duties and responsibilities contained within AirMed International general operating manual.
Ensures the aircraft is ready for mission in coordination with AirMed's global operations center.
Complies with all applicable FARs and OpSpecs.
Ensures that all pertinent information about flight operations will be disseminated through the operational control structure.
Conducts themselves in a professional manner, being sensitive to the environment they are in at all times.
Attends meetings when required and may be required to attend training and check-flights outside of normal duty shift rotations.
Performs other duties as assigned by Director of Operations or Chief Pilot.
