We are looking for an analytical thinker who can devise innovative ways to exceed sales targets and profit margins. We need a confident sales pro with excellent communication skills to maintain ongoing relationships with key clients while also prospecting new customers through solicitation and networking. We're directly responsible for handling asset protection and Insurance benefit options for Local, regional, and various organizations from Police departments, School boards of education officials, and Multiple Government agencies at the local and state levels. We also use social media to market our firm with a very overwhelming response. Our ideal candidate is a dynamic and creative thinker with experience developing strategies to exceed sales targets and profit margins. Responsibilities: • Determine ways to motivate the sales team so they consistently meet and exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually • Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships • Study and research local market trends and competitor activity to discover potential leads • Analyze the performance of individual properties in your area and create sales plans and objectives that align with overall brand objectives Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred • At least 3 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in the hospitality industry • Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities • This position requires previous work experience in a hospitality role • Good organization and time management skills Compensation: $75,000 yearly
