General Purpose:
Corsair is seeking an experienced and passionate Sr. Director of Marketing to lead our go-to-market strategies for high-end gaming PCs and AI Workstations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the PC gaming, workstations, and technology industries, a proven track record in product marketing, and the ability to drive growth through innovative marketing campaigns.
Position Summary, Responsibilities, and Expectations:
Develop and execute comprehensive and creative marketing strategies for our gaming PCs and AI Workstation product lines.
Lead product launches, including messaging, positioning, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with product teams to ensure marketing strategies align with product development roadmaps.
Manage relationships with key influencers, partners, and media outlets in the PC gaming, workstations, and tech industries.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop marketing strategies.
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
Work closely with B2B sales teams to develop effective sales enablement assets and strategies.
Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for technology products.
Deep understanding of the gaming PC and workstation markets, including current trends and future directions.
Strong experience in digital marketing, including social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and engineering.
Required Skills:
In-depth knowledge of gaming and workstation hardware, software, and industry trends.
Understanding of AI and machine learning technologies and their applications in workstations.
Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
Strong project management skills.
