life while you're working to help others.Position OverviewExact Science's Marketing Operations team is responsible for empowering teams by providing the structure, processes, and strategic planning necessary to build strong partnerships, drive efficiencies, foster robust collaboration, and achieve strategic goals to drive the success of OneExact Marketing.As a Senior Program Manager, Marketing Operations you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple high-impact Marketing programs. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and program management skills to ensure that programs meet business objectives, stay within scope and budget, and deliver value to stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to drive program success and foster a culture of continuous improvement.This role prefers the individual to work in a hybrid capacity at an office location in one of the following cities: Redwood City, CA; San Diego, CA; Boston, MA; Phoenix, AZ; or Madison, WI.Essential DutiesInclude, but are not limited to, the following:Lead and manage multiple programs simultaneously, from inception through completion.Develop and implement program strategies and plans aligned with organizational goals.Analyze program performance using various metrics and tools.Engage with stakeholders at all levels to provide program updates.Present program status, results, and recommendations to senior leadership.Ensure clear and effective communication of marketing initiatives.Facilitate defining success metrics for a given initiative.Drive recurring initiative team meetings.Support Marketing Operations leadership in defining engagement models with external teams.Oversee implementation of Marketing-related transformational efforts.Define, implement, and ensure adherence to Marketing operational standards.Drive organizational change management processes.Effectively manage resource allocation and team workloads.Mentor other team members in project management processes.Communicate goals clearly to employees.Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.Support and comply with the company's Quality Management System policies.Maintain regular and reliable attendance.Ability to act with an inclusion mindset.Ability to travel 15% of working time away from work location.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field; or High School Degree/General Education Diploma and 4+ years of relevant experience.7+ years of experience working as a Program Manager, with at least 5 years in the digital domain using Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies.Extensive experience leading cross-functional teams.Extensive experience applying project/program management techniques.Experience recruiting and managing a team of Project Managers.Strong leadership skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position.Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.Preferred QualificationsExperience with meeting and event planning.Experience working with Experience Design teams.Experience with Jira or other Agile/Scrum related platforms.Experience with large-scale digital and/or operational transformations.Experience in healthcare, wellness, or digital health.Experience with both B2C and B2B products and/or service.Salary Range:$129,000.00 - $208,000.00.
