We are seeking a Clinical Director OR Full Time Therapist to join our Mental Health Program. TherapistOverview:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide evidence-based behavioral therapy to children, adolescents, and their families, promoting healthy relationships and coping mechanisms. This role is a vital part of our clinical team and requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced clinic environment and must be comfortable with crisis management and case management.

Responsibilities:

Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide direct support to patients, including behavioral therapy and clinical counseling.

Deliver grief counseling and support to patients and their families.

Manage patient cases, ensuring timely and effective treatment.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Develop and implement strategies for crisis management and intervention.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and progress.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of clinic policies and procedures.

Facilitate groups and individual therapy sessions and manage a caseload of 8 clients typically.

Schedule options are Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, such as counseling, social work, or psychology.

Current licensure or certification as a Therapist, such as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC. Can be pre-licensure but must be in process.

Experience in pediatrics, with a focus on child and family counseling.

Proven experience in crisis management and case management.

Familiarity with behavioral therapy and clinical counseling techniques.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and promoting positive outcomes.

Clinical Director

Oversees the clinical team and provides support and supervision.

Ensure clinical chart compliance in line with insurance guidelines.

Manages the group facilitators and ensures coverage for the group schedule.

Conduct treatment team meetings each week to ensure quality client care and effective discharge planning.

Facilitates some groups and maintains a small caseload where needed.

Ensures compliance with state guidelines and TJC standards.

Sign off on charts and group notes in a timely manner.

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
