This role is hiring immediately.PerksOpportunity to work at a large, beautiful and brand-new CCRC campus.Community has an excellent sales and operational team with stellar culture and support.Operator is well known with multiple facilities across California.QualificationsState Registered Nurse License requiredManagement experience in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Senior Living, Memory Care, or equivalentPrior experience in clinical management — as a Health Services Director, Assistant Director of Nursing, DON, Nursing Director, or equivalentResponsibilitiesManaging a nursing staff, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, and Licensed Practical NursesDeveloping, reviewing, and revising care plans for all residentsCommunicating with nurses, physicians, specialists, and other care team professionalsInteracting compassionately and effectively with residents and family membersFull Spectrum is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
