We are a fast-paced, upbeat chiropractic and progressive rehab clinic helping patients get back to doing what they love through chiropractic care, progressive rehab (PT), and other wellness services.

You’ll be involved in many areas of the practice including promotional communications, gaining new patients, helping people, customer service, and helping with finances and insurance.

What you will do:

Market for new patient conversions

Be a Referral Machine with our patient base to gain new patients that they would recommend the clinic to

Assist with marketing campaigns, creative content, community outreach

Insurance verifications

Create financial worksheets

Deliver financial reviews with patients

Make product and supplement recommendations based on the doctor’s treatment plan

Scan incoming insurance EOBs

Weekly patient reporting

Maintain confidentiality as it pertains to HIPAA guidelines

Work with the rest of the team to keep the clinic clean and clutter-free

Help; manage patient flow between Doctor, Rehab, and Front Desk to ensure Patient experience is efficient, fun, and effective

Help maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information

Help to collect patient charges, control credit extended to patients, and file, collect, and expedite third-party claims

Maintain business office inventory

Other Administrative tasks

Be paid bonuses monthly based on new patient conversions and patient happiness that leads to retention

What you need

Two-year degree or more is preferred but not required

Previous experience in customer service must be demonstrated

Previous experience in growing a business, department, or location via the ability to market and convert new patients

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows is required
