Our client, a rapidly growing company in healthcare, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to join their team in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day human resource support for all clinical and non-clinical personnel based out of the company's headquarters in Addison, TX. The Human Resources Director will ensure compliance with human resource policies and procedures, employee relations, compensation, training, and state and federal labor law while supporting the management team to achieve business objectives and execute people strategies.

Responsibilities:

Provide consultation and support to supervisors, managers, and HR Administrators regarding the correct application of company policy, performance management, discipline, and coachingProtect the interests of both employees and the company in accordance with policies, governmental laws, and regulationsEnsure all federal, state, local laws, and corporate HR-related compliance matters are proactively managed, including ADA, EEO, and FMLA programsInterview candidates with hiring managers to provide input and guidance in the talent selection processManage new recruiting, hiring, and onboardingConduct internal investigations with employee complaints and work closely with executive leadershipManage employee leave of absences, including personal, medical, and FMLA/CFRAAssist with the development and recommendation of human resources policies and proceduresAssist with Payroll by reviewing timesheets and editing punches for Full-Time employees and temp agency timesheet submissionsReview terminations and conduct exit interviewsSupport implementation and transition to new HRIS systemProcess unemployment claims and wage orders accordinglyMaintain employee's confidential personnel foldersAssist with training programs and ensure employee complianceMaintain human resource knowledge with state and federal law by attending webinars, seminars, and conferencesGather and analyze HR data and prepare HR reports as neededRequirements:Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field requiredMinimum 5 years of human resources experienceProven experience utilizing an HRIS/Timekeeping system, preferably PaycomExperience working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, comfortable with change and ambiguityKnowledge of labor law compliance - STATE/FEDERAL, ADA, EEO, FMLA, CFRA, LOA, COBRA, etcAbility to work independently with minimal to no supervisionExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenExcellent interpersonal and coaching skillsProven experience utilizing Microsoft computer applications (O365)Benefits:Health InsuranceOther statutory benefitsBonusesEqual Employment Opportunity and Non-Discrimination Policy USA:Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: Both Keller Executive Search and our clients are Equal Opportunity Employers.
