MUST HAVE:Startup mindsetEntertainment industry backgroundExperience with streaming platforms or independent production companiesAround 5 years of experience, hands-on candidate targeting to recruit production-related talent.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.HR experience, with a focus on the entertainment industry.In-depth knowledge of entertainment payroll processes and regulations in multiple states.Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.Strong organizational and time management skills.Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives.Familiarity with labor unions and collective bargaining agreements in the entertainment industry.
