We are looking for a driven and dynamic Regional Director of Property Management to lead our teams and ensure the operational excellence of our properties.
Role FOCUS:The Regional Director of Property Management will lead teams of Leasing Specialists, Legal Specialists, Community Engagement Specialists, Service Techs & Community Territory Ambassadors with the ultimate goal of creating a great resident experience and meeting budgeted Net Operating Income (NOI) on all portfolio properties.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Lead and manage regional teams of Leasing Specialists, Legal Specialists, Community Engagement Specialists, Service Techs & Community Territory Ambassadors to ensure a positive resident experience and achieve financial goals.
Oversee the operational performance of the entire property portfolio, ensuring alignment with Archstone’s strategic objectives.
Mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Partner with HR to recruit, hire, and train quality staff that aligns with Archstone’s culture and values.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, develop strategies, and enhance property performance.
Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets, forecast expenses, and achieve financial targets.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
Promote a culture of innovation, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency across all properties.
Requirements:
Proven leadership experience in property management, overseeing multiple properties or regions.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive NOI.
Excellent communication and team development skills.
Ability to analyze data and implement strategies to improve property performance.
Thorough knowledge of property management regulations and compliance requirements.
