This project involves working with a high-quality design group within the Client's digital team. The team is supportive, and the program operates with a start-up mentality, allowing you to work on something brand new.You will be working with 1 lead designer and a total of 8 other designers, plus a research team.Responsibilities:
Use design processes (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps) and tools, along with design presentation skills, to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members. (70%)Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs while considering business goals and technical constraints. (15%)Contribute to the design and definition of features, along with user research needs, to enable project or product delivery to drive outcomes and ensure high quality of design deliverables that adhere to our standards. (15%)Technical Skills Required:
Proficiency in design processes (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps).Experience with FIGMA (Design tool).Knowledge of equipment management or monitoring construction equipment.Enterprise-related and not e-commerce experience.Link to portfolio must be listed in resume.Soft Skills Required:
Heavy attention to detail.Experience in producing both conceptual and production-ready designs.Education & Experience Required:
Degree or equivalent (5+ years' experience in User Experience) or equivalent with a UX program specific certification. A Master's degree with 5+ years' experience is also acceptable.Job Type:

$50 - 55 per hourWork Hours:
8 AM to 5 PMQualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience.Skills:
