The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in WordPress & Hubspot development, including custom plugin development, theme development, and WordPress site optimization. The Senior WordPress Developer should also have experience in leading development teams, and be able to mentor and train junior developers. This is a fully remote, full-time or contract-to-perm position.

Responsibilities:Design, develop and maintain WordPress/Hubspot websites for clientsDevelop custom WordPress/Hubspot plugins and themesOptimize WordPress/Hubspot websites for performance and speedCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project successMentor and train junior developersStay up to date with WordPress developments and new technologies

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in WordPress developmentExperience in developing custom WordPress plugins, WP Engine and themesExperience in developing custom Hubspot plugins and themesDeep understanding of UI/UX design principlesAbility to go from mockups to implementationExperience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHPExperience with Figma, Adobe XDExperience with Elementor Website BuilderExperience with compiling web assetsExpertise with frontend web frameworks like React, Angular, Vue.js, and jQueryDebugging frontend issues using Chrome / Firefox DevToolsExperience with WordPress/Hubspot site optimization and speed optimizationExcellent communication skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience in leading development teams is a plusExperience working in a contractor capacity a plusMust be willing to submit to a background check.Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
