About Us:
We are a minority-owned, justice-involved cannabis dispensary, and one of the first to open in Midtown Manhattan. We’re passionate about providing high-quality products and fostering an inclusive community. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to assist in executing our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, team player, and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement campaigns, manage social media, and engage with our community.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and in-store promotions.
Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), creating content that aligns with the brand’s voice.
Coordinate and maintain the marketing calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and events.
Work with cross-functional teams to develop promotional materials, including flyers, posters, email newsletters, and other digital content.
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
Coordinate events and community outreach programs to increase brand visibility.
Assist with customer feedback, market research, and competitor analysis.
Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and other projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or related roles.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and marketing software is a plus.
