About the Role:We are looking for a passionate, collaborative and forward-thinking Jr. Media Specialist to join us as we grow and thrive in a dynamic and exciting industry. This role touches on all aspects of display/social marketing channels including Facebook ads, Google ads, Microsoft ads and more. The ideal candidate must possess a keen understanding of the online digital marketing space. The candidate has strong organizational and analytical skills with an inherent ability to find trends by analyzing large data sets. This role is part of the PACO Collective Media team and reports to Media Director.Responsibilities include:Implement and manage campaigns across display and paid social platforms, establish optimization plans based on performance of campaigns, provide measurement and performance insights.

Collaborate on the development of media strategies and plans including creatives/messaging, flighting, budgeting and KPIs.

Develop audience targeting and segmentation strategies to execute campaigns (including retargeting, custom audiences, suppression lists, lookalike audiences and more.)

Analyze data and identify trends/insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in marketing campaigns.

Provide creative solutions and optimize campaigns to meet KPI metrics including: CPM, CPC, CPA, CTR and more.

Optimize campaign buys to ensure budgets are spent as effectively as possible each month.

Compile data across partners and work in collaboration with the Analytics team to create weekly/monthly reports, including analysis for insights, optimizations and future strategy development.

Monitor the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, product updates, new channels and technologies in order to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how to best leverage new tools and services.

This role requires someone who thrives on finding ways to constantly improve the programs by looking for new ways to enhance performance.

Preferred Skills:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or related field.

Strong understanding of reporting dashboards like Google Data Studio, Marketing Cloud Intelligence (aka Datarama) and an eagerness to master reporting and data analytics.

Media analytics and data analysis capabilities (i.e. Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics) and an understanding of tracking and conversion optimization.

Some experience managing campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads (bonus for experience with additional social/search platforms) including optimization, ad placement, budget management, pixel creation and advanced reporting.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment along with a proven track record of driving results via conversion-driven media campaigns.

Resourceful, curious, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.Must be willing to work hybrid work schedule (Tuesday and Thursday in office and work from homethe remainder of the week).
