Job Summary:The Senior Vice President of Business Development at Stonebridge will spearhead growth initiatives by identifying and securing new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances. This role demands a visionary leader who can drive revenue growth, expand the company's market presence, and develop long-term relationships that align with the company's strategic objectives.

Essential Functions and Duties:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances that align with company goals.

Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.

Lead negotiations for new contracts, partnerships, and acquisitions, ensuring favorable terms and successful outcomes.

Collaborate with senior leadership to align business development initiatives with overall company strategy.

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

Oversee the preparation of proposals, presentations, and business plans for potential clients and partners.

Manage the business development team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve targets and objectives.

Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and brand reputation.

Drive innovation and creativity in the development of new business models, services, and revenue streams.

Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in business development activities.

Required Experience, Education, and Skills:

10+ years of experience in the hospitality business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record in a senior leadership role.

Extensive experience in identifying, negotiating, and securing new business opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions.

Strong background in market analysis, strategic planning, and revenue growth initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred but not required.

Exceptional negotiation and deal-making abilities.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Proficiency in financial analysis, business planning, and forecasting.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

High level of adaptability and flexibility, especially with travel demands.

Proficiency in business development software and tools.

Work Environment:

Extensive travel required, often spending significant time on the road visiting potential clients, partners, and attending industry events.

Combination of on-site meetings, property visits, and remote work from various locations.

Occasional extended stays in different cities, requiring adaptability to different time zones and environments.

Regular office work when not traveling, involving meetings, planning, and collaboration with the leadership team.

High level of flexibility required to manage varying work schedules and travel demands.
