Minimum EducationHigh school diploma or GED required. Associates (or higher) degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Liberal Arts, or related discipline preferred.Minimum ExperienceThree (3) years administrative experience or one (1) year FedEx operations management experience required. In lieu of minimum experience, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Liberal Arts or related field is accepted. One(1) year HR experience preferred.Knowledge Skills and AbilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPointPresentation skills necessary to facilitate training and/or deliver informational sessions to groups and/or individuals.Verbal and written English language communication skills necessary to communicate with all levels of management.Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.Ability to develop and apply effective methods for tracking and monitoring data or information.Ability to proficiently utilize, navigate and understand ATS, HRIS, and electronic platforms.Ability to think creatively.Job ConditionsSome travel may be required.Preferred Qualifications:Pay Transparency:

This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law.
