Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships • Manage and motivate a sales team to meet individual and team sales targets • Analyze sales data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improvement Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in sales management • Proven track record of successful sales experience • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • US work authorization Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
