The Media Coordinator is responsible for advancing the community and customer experience through online and traditional marketing. This position is charged with accelerating the expansion and use of social media channels as well as bringing a high degree of creativity to our existing methods. This position is integral and requires a massive amount of teamwork. Daily interaction between the marketing, customer service, operations, sales, outside vendors, and technology teams is needed to ensure that our website, social media, collateral, and other communications accurately reflect our message, and brand and achieve overall goals. Applicant should have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities that include social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, brand stewardship, and special events management. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within marketing and advertising is critical, while knowledge of real estate functions is a bonus. Creativity and compliance with state and national guidelines are required. In addition to marketing, branding, and social media-related work, this position will also share a role in tracking sales data, maintaining collateral and marketing materials inventory, maintaining databases, and reporting analytics to the team. Hours: Monday 8:30-5:30 & Tuesday through Friday 9-6 Responsibilities: • Ensures that company messages and materials are accurate and consistent • Ensure that the message is delivered on several platforms consistently • Creates, delivers, edits, and optimizes marketing materials and advertising campaigns • Website management including written and digital content, redesign as needed, SEO development, and tracking analytics • Run and maintain all social media channels (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) with scheduled posts and updates • Create and develop a variety of Facebook ads • Plan and organize all team events and market across all social media channels • Event planning/coordination • Managing marketing team and the direction of the group Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years marketing/brand management in an agency or real estate sales environment or marketing degree • Social media expertise • Bright, upbeat, energetic with strong communication skills • Must be computer literate and know programs necessary to perform duties of the position • Must have social media and some video experience • Must be able to work well in a team environment • Having SEO/Analytics experience is a must • Must have a sense of urgency and willingness to learn and grow with the company • The more versatile the better!

Compensation: $25+ per hour Depending on Experience
