We have been living and breathing the world of real estate information and online marketplaces for over 35 years, giving us the perspective to create truly unique and valuable offerings to our customers.Role DescriptionThe Global Financial Systems group is looking for a Project Manager, with extensive SaaS ERP & software implementation experience, to drive the transformation of the company’s financial processes. The position is located in the Washington DC office and reports to the Senior Director, Global Financial Systems. The Project Manager will work closely with business owners and leads, Oracle functional and technical team members, and other IT and business management to plan and execute projects that standardize, modernize, digitize, and deploy Oracle-based financial processes and capabilities globally.Responsibilities:Manage day to day operational aspects of multiple simultaneous finance transformation projectsDevelop a strong understanding of CoStar’s O2C financial systems and existing business processesParticipate in the development and documentation of functional requirementsCoordinate and facilitate daily project status reviews for cross-team information sharing, status updates, sprint task completionsCreate and maintain current, complete project plans, project schedules, action trackers, issue logs, progress reports, and other project documents/artifacts in appropriate systemsDrive internal and external activities needed to meet the dates defined in the project scheduleProduce presentation materials, coordinate and lead status calls and executive status meetingsDeliver projects on time, on budget, and within scopePrevent or minimize delays by keeping all stakeholders informed of progressIdentify, manage, and communicate project risksDevelop, administer, and control project scope, supported with an effective change management processSecure various approvals and ensure the collection and retention of project artifactsEscalate issues internally and externally proactively as neededCoordinate project deliverables based upon internal resource availabilityBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or CollegeA track record of commitment to prior employers5+ years of experience with financial business transformation process projects5+ years of experience as Project Manager specifically on accounting system or information system projects (i.e. SaaS ERP)Proven competency with multiple project management methodologies – Waterfall, Agile, ScrumDemonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple concurrent projectsOrganized thinker and excellent communicator, verbal and in writingWork successfully with little direct supervision, self-driven, and initiative takerPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Oracle ERPLean Six Sigma certificationProject management certification (PMP or CAPM)Demonstrated ability to effectively direct/coordinate with work external consultants and vendorsExperience operating in an IT Controls / SOX environmentMeticulous about documentation and record-keepingWorking knowledge of MS Office applications (Project, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and OneDrive) and JIRAWhat is in it for you?When you join CoStar Group, you will experience a collaborative and innovative culture working alongside the best and brightest to empower our people and customers to succeed.
