Participate in the screening and assessment process under the supervision of a licensed or qualified counselor or therapist.Treatment Plan Development:

Develop individualized treatment plans for clients under the supervision of a licensed or qualified therapist.Timely Correspondence:

Complete all correspondence in a timely manner.Clinical Team Meetings:

Participate in clinical staffing and team meetings.Direct Service Provision:

Adhere to the weekly direct service provision model.Service Documentation:

Document all services provided in accordance with standards.Treatment Plan Oversight:

Ensure treatment plans are reviewed and countersigned by a Qualified Addiction Professional.Charting Compliance:

Complete any file or charting deficiencies.Client Transition Support:

Assist clients through the transition process.Annual Training:

Complete annual training to maintain and enhance professional competencies.Professional Relationships:

Maintain positive professional relationships with referral sources, clients, and coworkers.Crisis Management:

Handle crisis situations as they occur.Counseling Facilitation:

Facilitate group counseling, group education, family conferences, and individual sessions.Company Goals and Objectives:

Support the long-term and short-term goals of the company.Additional Duties:

Perform other duties as assigned.Education and/or Experience Qualifications:A trainee that meets the requirements for registration, supervision, and professional development as set forth by either the Missouri Credentialing Board, Inc., or the appropriate board of professional registration.Illinois Requirements: Obtain CADC according to IL admin rule part 2060 within 2 years.Required License/Certification:Willingness to become licensed in additional states.Comfortable with providing telehealth services.Additional Qualifications:Basic knowledge of case management and rehabilitation methods.Knowledge of the policies, procedures, and regulations of the program.Basic knowledge of biological, cognitive-affective, and social bases of behavior.Working knowledge of therapeutic theories and techniques.Ability to assist in conducting individual and group interventions.Effective communication skills.Supervisory Requirements:NoneBrightli is on a Mission:A mission to improve client care and increase access to mental health and substance use care in our communities.
