About the RoleThe HR organization is seeking a VP, Talent Acquisition to evolve and scale the function and drive execution of innovative talent attraction strategies, programs, and tools/technologies. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the incoming VP will define and drive the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition strategy that results in a competitive advantage and accelerates business results. The VP must be a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment, is comfortable operating in a constantly evolving, fast-moving, results-oriented organization, and has a deep understanding of leading Talent Acquisition and workforce planning strategy in a global environment. This role will require a hands-on, agile, people-facing leader that can execute and model HR best practices for the organization on a real-time basis.Key PrioritiesTA and Workforce Planning:

Conduct a full audit of TA function, inclusive of structure, talent, culture, process, and technology. Define short/mid/long-term TA strategy and goals. Leverage metrics, data, and dashboards to influence and drive the talent acquisition function. Imbed culture & belonging philosophy in all talent acquisition activities.HR/TA Technology:

Analyze the effectiveness of existing processes and identify needs, growth areas, and pain points producing a gap analysis. Using those findings, design a process roadmap required to achieve the company’s growth goals. Drive the implementation of effective HR programs and functional improvements required to optimize Workday’ ATS platform.The approximate annual base compensation range is $250,000 to $300,000.
