Candidate requirements
Strong communication skills in both English and Portuguese
5+ years of experience in software engineering
2+ years of experience as a tech lead, owning functional areas and leading teams of 3 to 5 engineers
Have experiences building and launching an API product from 0 to 1
Strong backend development and distributed system skills
Previous founding experience or working in startups
Nice-to-haves
Experience in FinTech industry is preferred
Experience in building GenAI applications is preferred
The salary range is $110,000 - $145,000#J-18808-Ljbffr
