Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
to our busy Internal Medicine Department at our Natomas Clinic in Sacramento, CA.

MMG clinicians provide services to patients at Dignity Health Medical Foundation locations throughout Sacramento. Responsibilities
Patient Assessment and Diagnosis:
Conduct comprehensive health assessments.Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.Order and interpret diagnostic tests.Treatment Planning and Management:
Develop and implement patient care plans.Prescribe medications and therapies.Provide health promotion and disease prevention education.Collaboration and Consultation:
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.Consult with physicians and specialists as needed.Coordinate patient care across various settings.Qualifications
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of CaliforniaNationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)Completion of state mandated educational coursesPay Range$62.98 - $82.68 /hour
