Our primary goal is to enhance the client self-service experience and streamline the interpretation of rule outcomes through transparency. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in developing new functionality that aims to improve the customer experience for the RCM workflow process. This will empower medical providers to efficiently manage their business and revenue cycle.We are looking for a developer with extensive experience in designing and building full-stack web applications, preferably in a public cloud environment using Java Spring Boot and React technology. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to quickly grasp the complexities of the healthcare industry. Additionally, we value tenacity and adaptability in learning, as well as a commitment to design and engineering excellence.Job Responsibilities

Create precise and clear technical design specifications at the appropriate level of detailProvide customer value by delivering high-quality software components and servicesProactively identify and suggest new and alternative technologies to create scalable implementations and achieve desired outcomesOffer guidance and training to junior team members to enhance overall productivity and effectivenessActively contribute to agile ceremonies to improve team performance and maturityVolunteer for work in the backlog and commit to quality delivery; coordinate efforts across the team to ensure completion and effectivenessParticipate and contribute to scrum meetings i.e., daily stand-up, sprint planning, readouts, and retrospectivesFoster self-organization within the team and collaborate with peers to determine the team's functioning.Collaborate with the Technology and Product teams to ensure alignment with business objectivesEfficiently work on technical prototypes and proof-of-conceptsTypical Qualifications
