Peaceful Living is seeking a Director of Human Resources. This position will work to support the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the directing, planning, development, implementation, and administration of all the Human Resources functions, including employment, recruitment, employee relations, EEO, and organizational development. The Director of HR will also develop and drive creative HR initiatives and activities to improve employee welfare at Peaceful Living. They will also advise company management in Human Resources policy and employee relations.
Education/Experience
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in human resources from an accredited college or university, preferred; two years of Human Resources experience required. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
