Founded in 1997, and providing nationwide services, ASG has teams based in Northern California, Los Angeles, the New York Tri-State Area, the Southeastern US, and the Rocky Mountain Region.We are Looking for:The Project Coordinator will provide administrative assistance to our client’s UX team. You'll be responsible for scheduling meetings, note-taking, building agendas and building presentations. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, communicative, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.Job Responsibilities:Schedule meetings, ensuring all relevant parties are able to attend.Build agendas based on client priorities and project needs, distributing in advance of meetings.Prepare and distribute clear and detailed recap notes from meetings.Document and follow up on important action items and decisions from meetings.Create presentations of UX materials for meetings with clients.Provide additional administrative support as needed.Qualifications and Experience:2+ years experience in a project coordinator role.Understanding UX creative workflow processes is a plus.Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Advanced skills in Google docs and spreadsheets.Experience working in creative or UX production environments is a plus.Self-starter, strong self initiative.Compensation & Benefits:Compensation range for this position is $31-$36 per hour.
