THE ROLEThe General Manager has the responsibility to develop and drive the operating strategy for the hotel to ensure alignment with our company pillars. You are accountable for the guest experience, associate engagement, financial performance, and revenue generation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Collaborate frequently with headquarters for support and direction.

Take ownership of the short and long-term profitability of the hotel.

Act as the mayor of the neighborhood and create relationships within the local community.

Attract and select qualified, on-brand talent; develop and coach associates.

Reinforce the company's Art+ Science ideologies.

Create a Food + Beverage driven environment.

Encourage employees to create thoughtful and authentic experiences for guests.

Exhibit the service chain profit theory.

Measure the effectiveness of marketing plans and yield management efforts.

CAREER EXPERIENCES

You have been a previous General Manager in a full-service hotel for at least three (3) years.

You have worked for a boutique-style hotel company or independent hotel group.

Bachelor’s degree or related relevant years of experience is required.

Proficiency in the English language is required; secondary language preferred.

Adaptable interpersonal skills to represent the hotel to stakeholders.

Comfortable in your own skin and can articulate a perspective with clarity.
