You will play a key role in designing and maintaining a scalable CI/CD infrastructure to support cutting-edge projects that enhance the future of Mercedes-Benz vehicles.In this role, you will develop CI/CD strategies, design deployment architectures, and streamline toolsets and processes for fast, secure software delivery. You'll automate workflows, improve collaboration between teams, and optimize the deployment lifecycle processes for AI-driven solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure high system availability, quality, and security, driving innovation that enhances the customer experience.Job Responsibilities:

Hands-on coding is required for this role.Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps.Develop and maintain Jenkins shared libraries using Groovy and Python to promote code reuse across pipelines and cross-functional teams.Develop and maintain Gitlab CI templates to promote code reuse across repositories.Debug, troubleshoot and maintain build systems using CMake, bash and manage dependencies with Conan.Implement and manage code quality and security scanning tools like Coverity.Own the services you build working with cross functional teams.Build and maintain Yocto Linux-based embedded systems and custom recipes for components.Manage artifact repositories using Artifactory, ensuring proper versioning and retention policies.Develop and maintain Dockerfiles and scripts for container creation and management.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to container deployment and operation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and update docker images to work on cross-platform architecture.Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve build and deployment processes for testing.Debug, Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to builds, deployments, infrastructure and enable developers.Stay up to date with industry trends and recommend new tools and practices to improve efficiency.Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, other related field or equivalent experience5+ years of relevant work experienceAbility to work in a fast-paced inter-cultural, inter-disciplinary geographically distributed teams.Ability to manage competing project priorities and constraints.Strong knowledge of Software Development Process and agile development best practices.Strong experience with Jenkins, Jenkins Shared Libraries, and GitLab CI.Proficiency in Git and implementing branching strategies.Experience with Yocto Linux and embedded systems development.Familiarity with artifact management using Artifactory.Strong Docker containerization skills.Experience with CMake build systems and Conan package manager.Knowledge of Azure DevOps and AWS cloud platforms.Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform.Familiarity with code quality tools like Coverity.Experience with monitoring solutions such as Prometheus.Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Valid CA Driver’s LicensePreferred Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience with the following tools and frameworks, which will be an integral part of day-to-day work: Jenkins, Jenkins Shared Libraries, Gitlab CI, Git, Yocto Linux, Artifactory, Docker, CMake, Conan, Azure DevOps, AWS, Coverity, Prometheus, Ansible, Terraform (terra grunt)The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on a wide range of factors, including, but not limited to, job-related education, skills, and experience, geographic location, and market conditions.
