What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Oversee the recruitment, screening, interviewing, and referral of applicants for employment at all levelsCollaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment plans and strategiesMaintain accurate recruitment files and prepare reports on applicant flow and interview resultsScreen application materials for minimum qualifications and coordinate interview processesEnsure compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation standards and institutional policies

What is Required (Qualifications):Associate’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Administrative Leadership, Public Administration, or related fieldFour (4) years of related occupational experience in human resources, including recruitment activitiesKnowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitingAbility to communicate effectively through written and oral meansProficiency in the use of computers and software specific to the position

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related fieldTwo (2) years of related occupational experience working in human resourcesSHRM Certified Professional (SHRP-CP) or equivalent certificationKnowledge of diversity and inclusion strategies in recruitmentExperience with organizing and processing large volumes of applications
