Automotive Service Advisor

Automotive Service Advisor , you will be the key link between our service customers and the skilled technicians in our shop. Your role will be to provide an exceptional customer experience by understanding their vehicle needs, recommending appropriate services, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service process. You will work with a professional and experienced team, committed to maintaining the highest level of service standards.Key Responsibilities:Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their service needs and concerns.Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department.Listen to customer concerns, accurately diagnose vehicle issues, and clearly explain necessary repairs and service options.Provide repair recommendations and upsell additional services, as needed, to enhance vehicle performance and safety.Prepare accurate service estimates and timelines, keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service and monitor the status of vehicles in the shop.Maintain detailed service records and documentation.Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and addressing any concerns promptly.Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.Qualifications:2+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (luxury or high-end dealership experience preferred).Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services.Exceptional customer service and communication skills.Ability to explain technical information in a way that customers can understand.Strong sales ability with experience in upselling services and maintenance packages.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Proficiency with dealership management software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) is a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.What We Offer:Competitive compensation with performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the Murgado Automotive Group.Employee discounts on vehicles, services, and parts.Ongoing training to stay up-to-date with the latest Mercedes-Benz technologies and service protocols.A supportive and professional work environment within a luxury brand dealership.Why Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel?Mercedes-Benz is synonymous with excellence, innovation, and luxury.
