Head of Bid Management

Location: South East LondonSalary: Up to £120,000 plus packageWe are working with a c.£50m turnover Division of a £100m+ turnover Group to secure a Head of Bid Management to spearhead new opportunities and work winning for a business unit that specialises in new build residential construction. Projects are typically apartment led (both RC Frame and traditional build) with some refurbishment and broader change-of-use jobs. Our client is expanding into education, commercial and health sectors also.Responsibilities:Work closely with design, commercial and construction departments to manage the start–to–finish bid processMaintain existing contacts and develop new relationshipsBid validation, tracking and managementRisk tracking and management throughout bid processManage bid budgets, time scales and submissionsCoordinate client presentation packs, PQQs and framework agreements with the Divisional DirectorApply here…#J-18808-Ljbffr
