What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Design, develop, and implement secure and scalable business solutions in Salesforce CRMCollaborate with technical managers, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirementsWrite and maintain code using OmniStudio, Apex programming, Lightning components, and APIsIntegrate Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premise applicationsApply Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM in project execution
What is Required (Qualifications):6+ years of hands-on development experience with Salesforce CRMStrong experience in writing Apex programming, OmniStudio, and Lightning componentsFamiliarity with web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services (REST & SOAP)Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with various applications using standard and custom APIsKnowledge of the Banking and Financial Services domain preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Salesforce PD1, PD2 App Developer, Sales/Service Cloud consultant certifications are advantageousExperience working in a collaborative team environment with a focus on innovation
