Blue Hill Montessori School (BHMS) is seeking a trained Guide for Primary for the 2024-2025 school year.
We are looking for a self-directed, highly motivated, and open-minded individual with a strong understanding of Montessori theory.
At BHMS, we honor the potential in every child, nurturing a child's individual spirit to reveal itself through hands-on exploration, thereby creating a solid foundation for your child's life. We believe that every child is born with unique creative potential. Our mission is to assist children in their individual educational and developmental growth between the ages of 15 months and six years old.
We are looking for an experienced educator to join our team. Each teacher is expected to work collaboratively with all staff, setting an example for students. Teachers also promote and encourage the emotional, social, and cognitive well-being of students while maintaining an authentic Montessori environment. Qualifications
BA/BS degree required
American Montessori Society (AMS) or Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) teaching credentials for Early Childhood required
