We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR processes. This position will work out of our Fallsgrove office, Monday-Friday.Responsibilities:

Provide general assistance to the HR department in all aspects of human resources administration.Create, maintain, and update HR files and filing systems while ensuring confidentiality and proper storage of items.Assist with monthly benefits reconciliation for agency-sponsored insurance plans.Support preparation for and delivering new-hire orientation.Assist with a variety of audits.Manage employee, volunteer, and intern profiles in a variety of databases (HRIS/LMS/Security System, etc.).Work closely with the other departments regarding guidance related to benefits and agency policies and procedures.Position Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in related field preferred.Minimum of 2 years of administrative and/or clerical experience in an office environment required; HR assistance experience strongly preferred.Proficient with MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and ability to learn new technology with ease.Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines, multi-task, and exceptional attention to detail.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Solution-oriented with a collaborative approach to customer service.Experience with Ceridian Dayforce or similar HRIS systems is a plus.Starting hourly rate: $29.00 per hour.About Us
