We're looking for an experienced Sr. Director, Channel & Alliances to join our team. Reporting to the, VP you will:

Lead team of Partner Business Managers (PBMs) for the South and Central regions

Develop product and sales competency within our core set of regional & national partners, systems integrators (SI's) & service providers (SP's).

Produce pipeline revenue by increasing joint go-to-market (GTM) planning and activity

Establish and implement selection process, criteria, and controls for selection, management, and performance of alliance & channel partners including regular reviews of contractual obligations with partners and compliance with Zscaler policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Create executive champions, leading to creation of sales buy-in in regional areas.

Drive organizational, operational, staffing, financial, quality and customer satisfaction targets are met by partners

Develop relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders including practice build architecture (sales engineering), product marketing, channel operations, field marketing, technical alliances, finance, operations to drive best in class execution for Zscaler's partner community

What We're Looking For (Minimum Requirements)

Bachelor's degree or global equivalent

5+ years direct sales experience. Must have achieved quota in all 5+ years

5+ years experience leading channel or sales team and achieving quota

Experience using 3rd-party companies to achieve quota

Experience with national security & networking resellers

Service Provider and System Integrator experience

Must be willing to travel throughout the Central and Southern US

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

5+ years of channel management

Experience with progressive, born-in-the-cloud partners

Relationships with national security & network VARs

Prior experience working in growth stage technology companies

Remote friendly in the Central or South but preferred location is Dallas, TX or Chicago, IL
