Director of Mobile Response - FT - Stark County, OH

Coleman Health Services is seeking a passionate and motivated social work and/or counseling individual to provide crisis intervention and counseling services to individuals in homes, emergency rooms, and various community settings. This position is full-time or part-time and has flexibility in the hours/shifts you would be wanting to work.

Salary up to $70,000/yr. based on Licensure (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC), experience and shift.

Part-Time Afternoon

Full-Time Afternoon

Full-Time Midnight includes a $5k Sign-on-bonus!

Mobile Response Counselor / Social Worker Duties include:

Respond to individuals in crisis throughout Stark County to determine level of care needed for safety of client and others

Triage, engagement, assessment, and trauma-informed behavioral health interventions to foster crisis resolution

Collaboration with Police, fire, and EMS to assist in the assessment process

Function as part of an interdisciplinary team and develop and maintain effective relationship with community professionals

Complete necessary training to become certified to issue applications for emergency admissions "Pink Slips"

Maintain timely documentation of crisis interactions and outcomes

Qualifications of Mobile Response Counselor / Social Worker:

Master's degree along with LSW/LISW or LPC/LPCC licensure

Must be eligible for an NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number

Acceptable driving record

Must be willing to complete and have favorable results for criminal background check, drug/alcohol screening, and driving check if selected for the position

Preference given to the following candidates:

Past or current work experience in an emergency room, community behavioral health or crisis intervention setting

Past or current Experience in motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, and trauma informed care

This crucial position is available thanks to a nearly $4 million SAMHSA grant that Coleman received to implement Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs) in our service areas of greatest need.
