Our brands are worn and celebrated worldwide by customers, celebrities, and influencers because of our uniquely creative and talented employees.ROLE OVERVIEWThe Associate Planner supports the Merchandise Planning Team while maximizing the financial plan of our business by respecting the category and brand objectives and direction. You will be responsible for anticipating potential problems and risks, and generating ideas, insights, and solutions to resolve potential problems. You will also partner with all operational and analytical divisions to achieve objectives.RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the Merchandise Planning Team in building dashboards to forecast and define new KPIs (BUY, SALES, INVENTORY, MARGIN, AVERAGE RETAIL PRICE, AVERAGE WHOLESALE PRICE, AVERAGE COST)Work closely with other departments to align on seasonal strategy with a direct impact on sales and marginProvide weekly reporting on sales and margin for decision making and assortment and pricing improvementsBuild strong relationships with cross-functional buying teams and review frequently their investment versus the planFollow up on samples evolution for financial purposesSupport the Merchandise Planning Team in sharing sales forecastsPrepare ad-hoc analysis to support the CMO as requiredInitiate or participate in business development projectsBuild clear presentations that include financial information and business strategies while delivering a clear messageROLE REQUIREMENTSA minimum of two years of experience in Planning within a Retail or eCommerce environment - eCommerce experience preferredProficiency in Google SuiteHighly analytical way of thinking, strong numerical and retail math skillsClear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skillsBA or BS degree in Business or Finance strongly preferred, or equivalent work experienceEnglish; additional language(s) an advantageSchedule of this position: Monday – Friday | Core business hours | OnsiteBENEFITSFormalized career pathsFlat management platformManager Training AcademyCreative Development Internship ProgramFashion Nova Cares ProgramFlexible Paid Time Off (PTO)Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage401k match, with immediate vesting upon eligibilityStocked kitchens with gratis snacks and drinksWeekly catered lunchesSummer Fridays at HeadquartersTeam bonding events and programsEmployee discountsFashion Nova, LLC, and subsidiaries thereof, is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
