:The Marketing Coordinator will assist the Florida Marketing team with various tasks such as social media strategy, graphic design, sales programs, product development, and ROI measurements.Essential Responsibilities

:Understanding of current social media and digital marketing trends, platforms, and dashboards.Experience creating and deploying social media ads on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.High level of customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with clients on digital marketing efforts.Processing sponsorships and tracking ROI on all Bank sponsorships, memberships, and contributions, and assisting in the coordination and setup of corporate events.Provides marketing support for retail branches, residential mortgage, and other business lines. Works with internal clients to discuss any marketing needs.Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.Must have a high level of proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premier Pro, to generate content.Creates flyers, invitations, and creative pieces that complement the bank’s overall brand. Utilizes a wide range of media, including digital photography, computer-aided design, and animation to produce accurate, high-quality work.Works with all bank’s business units to order, monitor, and distribute promotional items and collateral pieces. Maintains inventory of marketing materials and promotional items. Fulfills requests for special events and branded promotional items. Analyzes use of promotional items annually and determines solutions for more cost-effective use.Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for the Marketing department.Assists with all inquiries and requests directed to the Marketing and Consumer Banking departments.Conducts competitive rate analysis for deposit and mortgage lending products.Benchmarks bank’s products against competition.Compiles, analyzes data, and creates spreadsheets, graphs, and charts for the consumer banking business group.Independence of Judgment:The independence of judgment is according to the provided authorization level.Impact of Errors:The impact of errors in this position could affect job, department, and Bank credibility and could create a negative financial impact on the Bank.Physical Demands, Education and Skills:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Stress varies with peak and slow periods.Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, English, or Communication is preferred.2+ years' social media, marketing, and advertising experience.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Excellent event planning skills.Graphic design experience (create and design).Work Environment:Employees in this job work in an office environment with a comfortable room temperature, good lighting, and quiet conditions.
