Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of the shop, including inventory management, customer service, and sales.- Develop a customer base in the Opelika metro market.- Develop and implement strategies to increase shop revenue and profitability.- Supervise and train shop staff, providing guidance and support as needed.- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote the shop and attract new customers.- Manage the team effectively, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely using a point-of-sale (POS) system.- Conduct interviews to hire qualified candidates for open positions.Qualifications:- Previous experience in tire retail or repair shop management role is required.- Strong budgeting skills with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.- Excellent supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies to drive sales growth.- Familiarity with employee orientation processes and training techniques.- Proficient in cash handling procedures and experience with POS systems.Job Type:
