Job Title: Business Control Manager
Job Location: Hybrid - 3 days onsite Yardley, PA (All remote work must be performed within the United States.)
Job Type: Contract / Contract-to-Hire - Must be able to work as a W2 employee of Newbold.
Compensation: $70-80/hour based on the candidate’s skills and experience

General Job Description: Our client is seeking senior-level Business Control Managers (multiple roles) for contract roles with the possibility of converting to full-time employees for the right resources. The Business Control Analyst Team Lead will drive continuous improvement in business control performance and risk mitigation through effectively executing the RCSA program

You will assess inherent risks, update control ratings, and monitor new issues while linking them to controls to evaluate residual risk
The role involves preparing and processing Risk Acceptance requests, ensuring compliance with regulatory changes, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to address control issues and support audits
Job requirements:- Over six years of experience in Business Risk and Control within the financial services sector
- Proven expertise in testing and validating business controls across HR, Corporate, or Financial operations functions
- Demonstrated experience leading Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), including the identification, assessment, and documentation of risks and controls
- Strong ability to provide credible evaluations of the effectiveness of risk management controls
- Prior auditing experience is highly preferred for immediate contribution
