Compensation:

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,700+
  • Solo Miles Pay: 62 CPM with 2000+ miles per week
  • Solo Stops Pay: $24.00 per stop with 16 stops per week
  • Per Diem Pay: $30.00 per night with 3 nights per week
• Bonuses
  • Sign on bonus: $2,500 - Paid out 1/2 at 30 days 1/2 at 90 days
  • Unlimited driver referral bonuses

Home Time, Route & Schedule:

• Mostly Tuesday - Friday. NO WEEKENDS
• Dispatch window: 3am-3pm
• Route: IL, MI, IN, OH, KY, CO, OK, KS, MO, and TX
• Touch – clothes

Equipment:

• 2023 international sleepers
• Dry van, 53’
• Equipment: manual pallet jack
• 24/7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL A License
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle
  • 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
  • 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
  • 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
• Must live within 30 miles of Dubuque, IA
