Stairway Sales Executive - Builder SupplyOur client is actively expanding business into the South Eastern US and are seeking an experienced Sales & Account Representative to join the Southern Region Sales Division!
This is a Full-Time hybrid sales position that will cover a Southern territory; North Carolina, South Carolina, and Northern GA.
You will be selling stairs and rails to new construction home builders.
You will be responsible for :
Traveling (up to 75%) from your home office to job sites and customer/prospects offices.Managing & Increase existing customer sales in pre-established sales territories.Executing field measures and inspections for existing/upcoming orders or new business bidsDrafting contracts for clients once bids are awarded.Meet company sales goals/quotas.Maintain existing accounts, as well as prospect and acquire new accounts.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum of 4 years of outside sales experienceMinimum 4 years construction-related experience required.Fundamentals of framing, stair geometry, rail installation, and trim carpentry are highly desired.Basic knowledge of mathematicsWillingness to travel to our Maryland headquarters for training when necessary.Adaptable to new software, experience using Outlook, Excel, Adobe

Salary$50k base salary + uncapped commission = $120-150k
