We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Digital Strategy Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive significant business growth for our consulting firm. This role, which is on-site at our Houston headquarters, combines high-level strategic leadership with hands-on digital marketing expertise to deliver measurable results and enhance our market position.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with firm-wide objectivesCollaborate with C-suite executives to shape the firm's overall business strategyDevelop and implement data-driven strategies to generate high-quality leads for consulting servicesUtilize advanced marketing automation and nurture programs to engage prospects throughout the buyer journeyContinuously optimize digital channels and campaigns to improve performance and ROILead initiatives to strengthen the firm's market positioning and differentiationDevelop marketing strategies that enhance the overall client experience and support client retention effortsThought Leadership & Content Strategy

Collaborate with consulting partners and subject matter experts to develop compelling thought leadership contentOversee the creation and distribution of high-value content that positions our firm as industry expertsEnsure consistent messaging across all touchpoints, reinforcing the firm's expertise and value proposition - including website, social media, resources, and industry-specific platformsDevelop strategies to amplify our thought leadership and increase market visibilityAnalytics & Performance Management

Implement robust analytics and attribution systems to track marketing performance across all channelsProvide regular insights and reports on marketing effectiveness, ROI, and business impact to firm leadershipUse data to drive decision-making, continually refining target client profiles and improving marketing efficiencyCross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with Partners, Business Development, and Consulting teams to align marketing efforts with firm-wide objectivesSupport proposal development and pitch processes with strategic insights and compelling marketing materialsLead account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives for key accounts and target industriesKey Attributes:
