Job Title:Test Lead (Quality Assurance, QA)Location: remotePay: $80-95k depending on experience

Author comprehensive test plans and develop staffing plans based on needs of the projectDevelopment of project milestone and test schedule roadmapDevelop mitigation strategies to identified risks with guidance of more experienced leadsFacilitate STE-driven initiatives as Lead SponsorManagement and development of a team of Test Associates and Software Test Engineers
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience leading test teamsKnowledgeable of advanced testing techniques and methodologiesFamiliar with data analysis and capable of identify bug trends and gaps in test coverageExperienced with test case management softwareExperience with e-Commerce systemsExperience with automationBenefits
