Who We're Looking for

You have sales in your DNA and possess a remarkable ability to build relationships, communicate value propositions clearly, and guide prospects to closing contracts. As a

Regional Enterprise Sales Director

you'll have significant insight and contacts within the Texas region that you will be serving with a list of contacts to match. You'll maintain a pipeline of leads that you'll work to convert into sales as well as conduct outreach as we look to expand into new regions and districts. Your entrepreneurial mindset and drive for success motivate you daily as you collaborate with your manager and colleagues to effectively serve your territory and exceed your ARR goals. Most importantly, you're someone who shares our passion for improving the lives of students through communication.

This role will include:Developing an in-depth knowledge of what drives purchasing decisions in your territory, utilizing the tools and resources provided by the company.Knowing the ParentSquare platform inside and out so that you can effectively communicate our key features, benefits, and differentiators to prospects.In-person travel for school district meetings and conferences.Planning, presenting and networking at conferences to build relationships and generate new revenue leads.Possess a consultative selling approach to understanding a client's need and customizing a solution that meets that need.Influencing, working, and providing strategy for RFPs, ensuring that our proposals are tailored to meet the unique needs of each school district.Manage, track, and keep your pipeline well-organized using Hubspot.Creating a territory plan that aligns with meeting a revenue goal.Close business and drive revenue in a strategic and methodical way by studying and navigating the sales process, engaging stakeholders and decision makers, conducting effective demos, and ultimately obtaining a signed contract.Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless handover post-sale with detailed and accurate notes from the sales process.Being a champion of ParentSquare's value proposition and reputation at all times, by consistently demonstrating the value of our platform and maintaining a professional and positive image of the company in all interactions.Our ideal candidate will have the following:

Experience working in the K-12 Education industry with proven experience in the Texas region.Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed quota consistently.Proven track record of selling solutions with persuasive closing techniques.Bachelor's degree preferred or like experience.Hubspot experience, preferredTech savvy (from GSuite to navigating our platform)Ability (and desire) to travel extensivelyThe perks of working for us are great!

The salary range for this role will be $75,000-$125,000 + commissions, DOE
