Job SummaryThe Graphic Designer contributes to Overture's creative design development across all mediums including social media, print collateral, digital advertising, etc. They are responsible for delivering creative solutions and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to align and promote Overture's brand identity.

Roles & Responsibilities

Embrace and participate in the advancement of the JEDI (justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion) mission and vision for the organizationContribute to creative design development across all mediums, including social media, print, collateral, digital advertising and moreOwn the creative process from concept to final delivery, balancing multiple projects simultaneouslyActively support design, photography, and videography output to deliver creative solutions that align with Overture's brand identityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on brand and on time project completionUse project management tools (such as Monday.com, Canto, Ziflow) to track progress and meet deadlinesEnsure high-quality and error-free execution of creative materials, reflecting the Overture Center's mission and valuesSupport the organization, naming and filing all design files, ensuring consistency and ease of accessSupport design team members, assisting in their professional growth and developmentPerform other tasks as assigned.To successfully perform this job, the individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily. QualificationsThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education & Experience:

3-5 years of design experienceExperience in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign and PhotoshopKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communicationAbility to work seamlessly in both individual and team environmentsKnack for turning creative ideas into high-quality, impactful visual designsKnowledge of production specifications for print and digital mediaPassion for exceeding objectives and embracing new responsibilitiesAbility to stay in-tune with the latest marketing trends to guide your team accordinglyDetail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentWorking Conditions
