The ideal candidate will have front desk, administrative, and office experience. Candidate should also have excellent communication, solid computer skills, and a positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
*Previous customer service experience preferred.*

FT/includes every other weekendHolidaysDUTIES :
Greets visitors, prospective candidates, and other visitors of the facilityAnswers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate staffProvides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, website and other related informationReceives and forwards incoming mail (Delivered to office by 12pm)Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office suppliesAssists with other related clerical culties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collatingUpdates the pedigree as needed to ensure direct phone calls are placed properlyResposible for ensuring safety of the residents, Staff, visitors by monitoring the main entrance of the facility at all times.REQUIREMENTS:
Prior front desk, administrative, and office experienceHigh School DiplomaExcellent communication skillsSolid computer skillsA very positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to multi-task is preferred
