The Manager will deliver consumption and sales growth targets for AAI. They will also oversee a digital forecasting process allowing for in-stocks to remain at the optimal level. The Manager is also expected to collaborate with the sales, planning and marketing teams to provide and explain market data to implement methods that assist our customers in effectively and creatively winning with consumers, shoppers, end-users, and purchasers through promotions and merchandising. We are also looking for someone with deep knowledge of eCommerce product flow and web store performance optimization and the ability to analyze and assess organizational needs and provide solutions accordingly. Our new Manager will also have experience developing and managing budgets and the ability to operate independently given direction, bring ideas and solutions to issues raised. Finally, being able to embrace AAIs dynamic culture of executing with speed and quality to drive solutions is a must.

Responsibilities:

Ownership in development of relationship with Amazon US, and collaborating with all AAI cross-functional teams and 3 rd to drive business goals and objectivesDeliver Growth, Development and Expansion, focusing on profitable growth and hitting key revenue targetsCreate new or utilize existing reports and dashboards as needed to help support management decision making for assortment, variation, pricing, promotion and advertising strategiesMonitor and report on competitors, trends and emerging platform updates and programsOwn and work cross functionally for optimized content for algorithms - SEO, image content, title - focus on optimal PDP and Brand Store experienceDrive Sell in/ Through in multiple product categoriesMonitor and escalate changes in key metrics, understanding root causePartner with Demand Planning team on proactively establishing and maintaining in-stock levels, react to changes in demand, develop forward looking forecasts and reforecasts and utilize born to runPartner with Design and Merchandising on proactive assortment managementCatalog and storefront cleanliness, maintenance, and content updatesNew Product LaunchesProactively identify and resolve unanticipated issues like delisting errors, lost buy box, account health, ineligible ASIN and CRAP outs through support communicationsForecast Accuracy, Supply Chain Optimization, working cross functionally to maintain target chargeback levels and shortagesManage 3 rd party agency to execute advertising programs to meet or exceed goals and objectivesDevelop Yearly, Monthly budget breakout and plan for Amazon AMS and Display for each brand, hitting and optimizing ROI and key KPIsDevelop and execute Amazon promotion and coupon strategyRequired Qualifications:
